Most auto insurance policies include rental reimbursement coverage — typically $30 to $50 per day, for up to 30 days, while your car is being repaired. The catch: if you walk into Enterprise or Hertz, their daily rate often blows right through that allowance, leaving you with a surprise out-of-pocket balance at the end.

Whatever body shop has your car, you're welcome to rent from us. You'll handle drop-off and pickup on your own — we don't coordinate logistics with the shop, but our Ewa Beach yard is central to most West/Central Oahu body shops, and many customers Uber or have a friend drop them off at our yard for pickup.

How to handle it with your adjuster

1. Confirm your rental reimbursement coverage amount with your insurance (daily cap + total days).
2. Get a quote from us — we'll send it in writing so you can compare to your coverage.
3. Pay us directly at pickup (debit or credit accepted).
4. Submit your receipt to your adjuster for reimbursement when the claim closes. We can break out daily vs. weekly vs. monthly rate if your insurance needs specific formatting.

Flexible rental periods

Body shop timelines on Oahu are notoriously hard to predict — parts from the mainland can take 1-3 weeks, and the shop queue itself is often backlogged. Start with a weekly rental and extend as needed. If your repair drags on, give us a call and we'll re-quote you on our monthly rate for the longer stretch.
