Since 2013 we've managed long-term rentals across hundreds of insurance carriers, credit-card CDW products, and military policies — and we have zero denied claims to date. That's not an accident. There's a lot of fine print, red tape, and insurance-specific rules that determine whether a claim gets paid or denied, and we know them inside out. We coordinate with your carrier up front and keep your rental structured so that if something does happen, you're covered.

One of the most important rules almost nobody talks about: most auto and commercial insurance policies will not cover rental car claims on a single continuous rental longer than 30 days. That includes personal policies, most credit-card CDW benefits, and even most commercial rental-company insurance (including ours). If a company writes you a 60-, 90-, or 180-day rental agreement without addressing this, your coverage may be void on day 31.
